Trying fermentation

Course starts from ground zero. I learned enough to attempt my first ferment. Will try sauerkraut next. Would be great if you can include kimchi, miso etc. as well

Very Informative!

Just started going through the course material and I am finding it very detailed. I am a complete beginner to fermentation and this course gives basic details around equipment, salt content etc. which is key to start fermenting.
