- Return Eligibility: Due to the perishable nature of fermented products, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products received.
- Time Frame for Returns: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of damage (photos).
- Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty.
- Refund Process: Once we verify the issue, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Exchange Policy: In case of receiving damaged or incorrect products, we will offer a replacement free of cost.
