For the topping:
-
3–4 tbsp Fermented Sweet & Spicy Fumami Fiery Ketchup (as the pizza sauce)
-
½ cup grated mozzarella (or plant-based cheese)
-
½ cup sliced onions
-
½ cup sliced mushrooms or bell peppers
-
¼ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
-
Handful of olives or jalapeños (optional)
-
Fresh basil or arugula (for garnish)
-
Olive oil for drizzling
-
Chili flakes & oregano (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven:
Heat your oven to 220°C (425°F) with a pizza stone or baking tray inside.
2. Shape the dough:
Lightly flour your surface and stretch the dough into a thin pizza base.
3. Sauce it up:
Spread a generous layer of Fumami Fiery Ketchup as your pizza sauce — it brings sweet heat and depth from the fermented green mango and chili.
4. Add toppings:
Layer with cheese, veggies, olives/jalapeños. Keep it rustic!
5. Bake to perfection:
Transfer the pizza to the hot tray or stone and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
6. Finish & serve:
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle chili flakes, and top with fresh herbs. Serve hot with extra Fiery Ketchup on the side for dipping.
Fumami Tip:
Try a fusion version: top with tandoori paneer or spiced mushrooms for that ultimate desi pizza night.
