(Fermented cashew-based sauce with refreshing mint and herbs)
Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

1 cup cucumber, sliced or chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

2 tbsp red onion, finely sliced (optional)

2–3 tbsp Fumami Creamy Mint sauce
-
1 tsp lemon juice
-
Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste

Fresh mint leaves or microgreens (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Prep the veggies:
In a large bowl, combine chopped cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion if using.
2. Add feta:
Crumble in the feta and gently toss.
3. Dress it up:
Add 2–3 tbsp of Fumami Creamy Mint. Mix gently to coat everything evenly. Add a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, and pepper to balance the flavors.
4. Garnish & serve:
Top with fresh mint leaves or microgreens. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
